Thanks to John Roberts for his post. Going back to the earlier version of Windows 10 has done the trick. I'm unable to go back. I don't have the option to undo the most recent update. When I uninstall the update, it does nothing to help. Microsoft needs to establish a remedy that everyone can use to restore Photoshop.
