They are great portions and the flavor was heavenly not to mention the chunks of lobster in each ramekin. Easy to bake just defrost and bake and enjoy. We also ordered the lobster rolls that came with a clam and mussel herb butter sauce- it was a generous portion and we were only able to eat that- we still haven't gotten to the lobster rolls and will eat very soon on our next date night.
