The product as such comes in a transparent glass bottle with a black colored, plastic cap-cum-pump. The packaging is simple and classy, and I love it. It applies smoothly, and is very easy to blend into the skin. Gives medium to full coverage. The foundation works well for my oily skin. I do apply a primer, mostly the MAC Matte creme on the face before applying the foundation.
Those with combination skin will love it too. It does not budge much once applied to the skin. That way,t he foundation stays on for almost the whole day. I have tested this foundation for upto 13 hours, and can vouch for the staying power. The foundation has not caused any skin reaction or acne break-outs on the skin as yet.
The SPF 10 is an added bonus during the days, but for evenings it can be a slight dimmer if you are going to be photographed with flash. I prefer using the Sigma F80 Flat-top kabuki brush to apply and blend this foundation.

So after a good year of trying it out, I think it's finally time to review it! The sleek glass bottle comes with a pump that locks to avoid accidental spills.
The glass made me nervous at first because I dreaded the bottle hitting the ground, but the fact that it's been there, done that and not shattered to pieces is a relief. It's not such a problem though except during the winter time but it's not too drastic a difference so I make it work.
In the future I'll definitely pick up NC Lasting power is incredible on this, and I don't see this fading or transferring throughout the day even with my silly habit of constantly touching my face. It works well enough on it's own but is also agreeable with primers, although I always skip one when I'm wearing this particular foundation unless I'm gearing for an extra special long day and I need for it to last as long as possible which is also when I set it with my E.
I'm on my third bottle btw, this stuff is the bomb I never powder this foundation either, because I quite enjoy the demi-matte finish it leaves on my combination skin but even with a powder this doesn't look cakey on me. It is quite lightweight despite being a medium to full coverage foundation. I always feel like the best time to photograph a foundation review, is when my skin is being, well, difficult.
A little goes a long way with this one and it blends in seamlessly so you can choose the amount you want depending on the kind of coverage you're going for.
I prefer using a brush to apply this but it works great with a beauty blender or makeup sponge and fingers alike! The finish is incredibly natural and not at all drying matte. If you do have dry skin, I would suggest moisturizing but that you should do regardless. It's expensive stuff, but so worth it!
