My scroll bar appears immediately after I set "show scroll bars - always" in System Preferences-General, then almost immediately disappear until I reset "show scroll bars - always" in System Preferences again. Very frustrating. I pretty much need to keep System Preferences open on my desktop. I confirm that this issue has been present from the beginning of Excel 15, and is still present now. Same Here, What a shame!

How can it be so hard for you to fix? We're talking about the main feature of your software. This product shouldn't be released. And this guy Dan Battagin marking this idea complete, good joke. This has been tested in my office on every mac. None of them got a fluide sidebar in normal view , none of them can resize columns without lag. You guys are definitely making fun of us, this software is unusable.

Turning off sheet protection enables you to use the form controls on the Developer tab of the Ribbon and allows you to edit worksheet content. By default, all cells on a worksheet are locked. You unlock cells that you want to designate as input fields , which are the cells that users fill in. You also unlock the cells that will have the result of a choice made by a user in a form control.
The default state of a worksheet is that it is unprotected. The worksheet is now protected, and the form is enabled for use. The Protect Sheet button has become an Unprotect Sheet button. While protection is turned on, the only cells that can be changed are the cells you unlocked. While protection is turned on, pressing the Tab key takes the cursor from one input field unlocked cell to the next.
